Overview

In this course you will develop skills in PC Support. You will be competent in a wide range of general information and communications technology (ICT) technical functions and to achieve a degree of self-sufficiency as an advanced ICT user. Persons working at this level will support information technology activities in the workplace across a wide range of ICT areas.

Prerequisites

There are no entry requirements for this qualification, however it is recommended that the equivalent of Year 10 at school with good grades in English and Mathematics would be a minimum, and that prior use of a Microsoft Windows environment would all be beneficial.

Future study options:

When you finish this course, you may progress to a range of other Certificate IV qualifications. This Certificate III is the start of a TAFE to university pathway.
